About Me

We all need someone to talk to sometimes. I know from personal experience how therapy can offer much needed breathing space from the demands of everyday life.

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and focused on empowering individuals to understand their own patterns of behaviour. Rather than offering advice, I focus on fostering autonomy - helping you access your own inner strength and trust in your abilities. I believe you have all the answers to what your facing already inside you. My role is to guide you in untangling the emotional knots that may be holding you back.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is an important factor in the healing process, providing a space to explore how you relate to others. My aim is to build a secure therapeutic alliance in which we can work together meaningfully, to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, promote your personal growth, and reach your goals.

I'm committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field, and I'm passionate about learning new techniques and theories to ensure that I am continuing to keep my skills and knowledge up to date.

If it sounds like we could work well together I look forward to hearing from you.
